After looking at several job sites from several contractors and talking to the owners of those homes we decided to go with Chwala’s Construction. The people we talked to were very happy with Chwala’s and had told us if they had to do it again they would hire Chwala’s again without hesitation. I can now say the same after experiencing their work and craftsmanship. They installed all new windows, doors, siding, and masonry half rock on exterior, along with a remodel of the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Ryan Chwala and his crew took excellent care of us. A few key points about Ryan and the crew: They were very cordial and helpful. They always picked up after themselves daily. Their work is top notch, and they were efficient at doing it. They recommended very good subcontractors (i.e. masonry work, electrical work, cabinets, and even refuse removal). They were an excellent resource! Ryan was excellent at even helping me keep the subcontractors I had hired on task. He knows and understands the meaning of a deadline and doesn’t leave you hanging They meet their forecasted timelines. The job finished up at quoted price. We are very happy customers!
